War and war and war gets very depressing. So, let me show you something from the other end of the war and peace duality: The end of the second world war. Unfortunately a war that almost immediately turned into another war.
The Japanese “peace” is a three-step process starting with the Potsdam declaration which led to an “Offer” to Japan to choose between capitulation or else ….
… and the “or” was manifested as the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
“We call upon the government of Japan to proclaim now the unconditional surrender of all Japanese armed forces, and to provide proper and adequate assurances of their good faith in such action. The alternative for Japan is prompt and utter destruction.”
This led to the formal signing of a peace agreement with the unconditional surrender as set forward in the Potsdam declaration, and seen in the image aboard USS Missouri.

MARS only: What is the probability of finding FOUR Mars in the same sign and TWO Mars in any mutable sign between 18 degrees and 27 degrees in 8 horoscope charts?

Ascendants only: What is the probability of finding THREE Ascendants at same degree +/- 2° and TWO Ascendants between 16° and 23° in any mutable sign?

What is the combined probability?
(30/360)^4 x (40/360)^2 x (4/360)^3 x (32/360)^2
= 1 in 154,968,195,600,000 or 1 in 155 trillion
The very first chart here, Colin Powell at the United Nations, established an important criterion for a match as “close to the US Ascendant axis”. i.e. in Gemini and/or Sagittarius, which later was pushed up to positions in Gemini as the premium match. The third criterion was “a small orb wins”. The latter is far from being present here, with Mars positions spread out between 2°23′ and 26°28′. Despite this, there is only one match in 330 random charts with Mars in Gemini and Sagittarius. If all these considerations seem a bit arbitrarily, we can be satisfied with the 18 matches – 5% – in 330 random charts.
The four AC positions above are what I mean with “almost scary”. This is not something we can expect to find by chance within a reasonable time, i.e. in a totally random real world situation. There is such a material and an opportunity to control this here.
I’m not particularly consistent when it comes to where I calculate some events. My theoretical principle is that all events where the US chart is directly involved should be calculated for Washington, DC. The reason for this is my hypothesis that astrology is a reflection of consciousness and awareness, no matter how strange that may sound. (The Tokyo chart has no axes of interest.)
Even if there is no Uranus, the exact opposition between Neptune and Mars also including Moon/Moon on the other end, it certainly is something to behold. I call the Mars/Neptune combination here the War Impotence aspect.
This is very clear in the charts for the moments when the Mightiest Army in the world was forced to flee from Saigon and Kabul when Vietnamese “peasants” and “goat herders” in Afghanistan made blitz attacks a la Mars/Uranus. — Not my descriptions of the Vietnamese and Afghani forces. I censored myself and didn’t include the Gook smear used by the most hawkish Senator John McCain, the politician who couldn’t find a war he didn’t want to start.
